Siamo: nothing to be scared of by playing with MU

Benfica striker Simao Sabrosa is confident Manchester United's blundering defenders will give his side a chance to win tomorrow's Champions League clash at Old Trafford.

The 25-year-old Portugal international told the Daily Star: "The name of Manchester United always makes an impression but they have shown that there is nothing to be scared of by playing them.

"The great advantage we have is the mistakes being made by their defenders.

"Manchester United are not at their best at the moment and it is a great opportunity for Benfica. Old Trafford holds no fears.

"Edwin van der Sar is a better goalkeeper than they had before but they make so many errors in defence it does not matter."

United will be without suspended Wayne Rooney and injured trio Roy Keane, Gary Neville and Gabriel Heinze.

"They are now under pressure and we know that," said Sabrosa. "United without Keane, Heinze, Neville and Rooney is one that can be beaten."
