想問下點解有d人可以被second nationalities call up入國家隊
而有d又唔得呢?

無代表過本國上場0既人可以代表第二國籍0既隊伍比賽。

二者只能選其一，只被call up無上過場 (正式比賽，友誼賽唔算) 0既等於無代表過國家隊上場。

但係sec nat國家隊係無得call up

有 d 人 declare 左 代表邊個國家
eg. 有個人可以代表 either Ireland or England
但佢 declare 左 England , Ireland 就唔可以召用佢
