No kidding lar, it it on the right hand side of players' profile.If you can't see, are you still playing at the end of the season/season break/beginning of season/managing national team?

Usually I praiseplayers once a month (as few as possible, otherwise, media may say "You praise another player" , which will decrease your ability on profile)
