Be calm,

It depends on which attributes you want to improve in Mental Attributes

Mental training is sort of sense training

When your players are in Attacking trainnig, the offensive attributes in mental attributes can also be trained (like creativity...etc)
Attacking training includes somemental attributes
Defending,Tactic also can train up some parts of Mental Attributes
