Default Tactic (question)

Hi, I am new member, kyu. I just start play FM2006 (although I am long time CM fan). I find a small problem in the game:
When I select any default tactic of the game (except few tactic like 4-4-2 free), the team instruction is always set to default vaule (all bars in middle except tackle is easy). There is no different between 4-3-3 Attack and 4-3-3 Defensive. Is it the bug or data loss? I am using 6.0.2 and open a new game already.
Do anyone can help? Thanks a lot!!

只係d 人擺位唔同左.......其他setting 好似係一樣ga.......要自己set....
