Juventus plan to swap Jonathan Zebina with Milan’s Massimo Ambrosini, according to reports.

The French defender is set to leave the Stadio Delle Alpi in the summer and the Rossoneri are keen.

Zebina, who has clashed with the Bianconeri after having a pay-rise request rejected, would resolve the San Siro side’s right-back problems given that Marcos Cafu and Jaap Stam are set to quit the outfit.

Whispers in the peninsula claim that Juve are ready to release him to their friendly rivals, but only in return for Ambrosini.

The Italian international is unhappy at his lack of use at Milan recently and may be looking for a change of environment.

Juve are searching for a new central midfielder after also being strongly linked with Simone Barone of Palermo.
