Clubs named in ‘fix’ probe Friday 12 May, 2006--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The public prosecutor of Naples has revealed that Juventus, Lazio, Fiorentina and Milan are among the teams being investigated into alleged match-fixing.
Although the first three outfits were expected to be included as part of the enquiry, the Rossoneri have today been named as another side to come under their spotlight.
Prosecutor Giovandomenico Lepore confirmed that the Italian giants are a part of their probe, just one of many up and down the country which are focusing on the running of the Italian game.
Rumours circulating in the peninsula on Friday suggested that 19 Serie A matches from 2004-05 were being looked into, as is one Serie B fixture, allegations which have now been confirmed.
The Naples magistrates say they are looking into widespread claims of “criminal association” and “sporting fraud” within the sport.
Lepore added that 41 individuals, whose names have been branded about in some sections of the Italian media for the past few days, would be questioned.
They include directors from various clubs, nine referees – including World Cup ref Massimo De Santis – Italian Football Federation officials and one journalist.
This latest Italian football earthquake erupted last week after newspapers printed details of conversations between Juventus director Luciano Moggi and certain other high-profile individuals in the game.
Lepore continued that Moggi himself would be questioned on Monday in the Italian capital in the first formal hearing of their enquiry into the matter.
The Naples probe is one of four different magistrate teams looking into the chaos, which are running in parallel with the Italian Football Federation’s own investigation.
Should any clubs be charged and convicted of sporting fraud by the FIGC, something which has yet to occur, they could risk a points deduction or even relegation.
It must also be made clear that criminal charges may not necessarily follow the outcome of any public prosecutor findings.

四支意甲球隊涉嫌假球案 AC米蘭被公訴人點名曝光

新浪體育訊 那不勒斯12日消息，那不勒斯地區公訴人週五向媒體宣佈，目前已有四支意甲豪門球隊，包括AC米蘭、拉齊奧、尤文圖斯以及佛羅倫薩因涉嫌打假球，已被警方立案調查。除去已經深陷醜聞漩渦的尤文圖斯，另一豪門AC米蘭同樣捲入此次震驚全球的意甲假球風暴案，成為接受調查的俱樂部之一。
據英國路透社報導，那不勒斯地區公訴人勒波爾(Giovandomenico Lepore)表示，目前共有包括以上4隊在內的多支意甲球隊，以及41人捲入此次假球案的調查，包括了某些「問題比賽」的當值裁判以及意大利足協的官員，甚至還有1名記者，而他們懷疑以上球隊和個人涉嫌「協同犯罪」和「體育欺詐」。
勒波爾同時透露他們目前已對上賽季的19場意甲和1場意乙「問題比賽」展開調查。41名受調查的人員中儘管沒有
AC米蘭俱樂部高層，但接受調查的19場比賽牽涉到紅黑軍團與其他多支球隊。
此外下週一羅馬檢查機關(與那不勒斯檢查機關地位等同)將展開關于假球調查的首次聽證會，包括此次假球風暴的核心人物、
尤文圖斯俱樂部總經理莫吉以及裁判德桑蒂斯在內的諸多焦點人物將出席，以應對公訴人的指控，此次聽證會莫吉涉嫌的罪名為「體育舞弊」。羅馬的憲兵已經搜查了意大利足協和意大利裁判委員會總部，調查的所有內容關于04-05賽季的一系列疑問球。
目前媒體已經披露全部41位受調查者名單，路透社特別提及的進入被調查名單的焦點人物包括：莫吉，尤文圖斯俱樂部總經理；吉拉烏多，尤文圖斯俱樂部董事長；卡拉羅，意大利足協前主席；德拉瓦萊，
佛羅倫薩俱樂部主席；羅利托，拉齊奧俱樂部主席；德桑蒂斯，即將執法德國世界盃賽的意大利籍主裁。此外還包括裁判委員會主席蘭尼斯、裁判指定負責人貝爾加莫和帕雷托。不過意大利媒體也特別提到，國家隊主教練裡皮並不在被調查的41人行列中。 意大利足球點都係輸
