Australian midfielder Mark Bresciano has left Parma to sign for Palermo.
The ex-Empoli man joins the Sicilian outfit in a part exchange deal that sees Igor Budan and Maurizio Ciaramitaro move in the opposite direction.
Bresciano signed for Parma in 2002 - after three seasons with Empoli - and was Serie A’s top-scoring midfielder in 2003-2004.
The Melbourne-born international has made 123 appearances for the Ducali, but is now looking forward to a move south.
Budan and Ciaramitaro arrive at the Stadio Friuli on loan with the option of a co-ownership agreement if they impress.
Croatian striker Budan – who had been co-owned by Atalanta – ended last season on loan to Ascoli where he scored four goals in 11 games.
Ciaramitaro enjoyed a successful spell at Serie B Cesena last term, but is yet to play a Serie A match.
The deal was due to take place earlier in the month with Giuseppe Biava going to Parma as an exchange player.
However, after Cesare Bovo broke his foot in pre-season training, the Rosanero decided to keep him. 總算知Ciaramitaro係邊個...今季parma好多新球員...連領隊都係新...
