STUDY IN WALES AND NORTH IRELAND

THe university of Wales,Aberystwyth and the Queens's university,Belfast,are they good?
I 've checked the times good university guide,both of them are ranked among the top 50 in the UK,

BUT IS IT GOOD TO STUDY IN WALES AND NORTH IRELAND?

P.S : I want to major in either International relations or politics.

study in Wales is good...
so many ppl study in Wales...
Cardiff....etc...all awesome uni...
but i'm not so sure about N.Ireland...
