John -----> Newcastle??

Newcastle are reported to have agreed a �5million fee with Fulham for the transfer of Dutch international striker Collins John.

Cottagers ace John, 20, was the club's leading scorer in the Premiership last season with 11 goals, despite only making 16 league starts.

According to The Guardian, Toon chairman Freddy Shepherd believes the Dutchman can make a real impact at St James' Park and is attempting to push through a transfer before the big kick-off this weekend.
