HELP ! IE不斷自己開

唔知咩事
個IE每隔一陣會自己開 (有時1分鐘, 有時幾分鐘)

我懷疑係因爲 C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntesersv.exe

開出個IE網址係
http://%20%5B%A4%57%A4%40%AD%B6%5D/
> 無法顯示網頁

煩死人

中左咩毒呢?
