and if u buy foreign players from Italy, it do not count.... so Juventus can buy Felipe in serie B even they can't buy foreign players

真實中只係限制外國球員加入意大利聯賽外援的數目...
由意大利球會轉會意大利球會...唔會影響總人數...
因此並不計算為外援...
