coz for both team didn't play...
originally we should treat them having boring 0-0 draw...
that means each team should have 1 pt in hand...
then deduct 4 pts...
so finally should be -3 pts

因為之前討論過
有差唔多一半人認為扣三分
有一半人認為扣五分
故取其中間點四分
其實做得咁嚴厲
都係希望大家了解到逃賽會令到整個聯賽體系受影響
雖然我都明白有D球隊會有經濟上既困難
但始終聯賽唔係得該隊球隊一隊玩
仲有其他人玩
尊重番大家，鼓勵積極參賽其實唔過份

i understand....already discussed...
but my meaning is...
if both team not OK...
then '+1' + '-4' => '-3'
consider if 1 team OK but another team not ok...
that penalized team..
then... '0' + '-4' => '-4'
i think that should make the difference...
btw...
if andres_tabris still cannot make a team on Sat...
should we treat it as 0-0 draw and both team earn 1 pt...
that would be much fair i think...
