Editing Hong Kong Legue

Was trying to edit the HK League with the editor from game, got a few questions.

1. Is there any other editor can do better or more detail editing?
2. Is that possible to open all level leagues of HK? Like game pre-set only D1, can I open D2 then all other legues make it like English leagues?
3. Have seen some other palyers created 'Seiko' or some teams to replace teams in D1, let say I replaced Ranger(HK) then Ranger will not be belong to any league, right? So Ranger will not be apear in the new save anymore?
4. How to setup the cup matches only allow to be played by a specify devision?
5. Found one point on setup divison, competition level 0 mean the top level (first division), level 1 means 2nd division, level 2 mean 3rd division. And, lower level can setup same competition level with more then one league, correct? Then how to setup the way of 'promote to next division'?

Got some much more questions in mind, anyone have experience of editing HK league on FM2008? In fact, my goal is setup the HK league as one of the competitor to the Asia. Any similar path already have done it before?

*Replies can be answed by Chinese words, no problem to me.

Thanks for a reply. I believe I did, and of course I couldn't find the answer I need then I post a (few) question, so can you quote anything to show any post can answer my questions? Thanks alot!
