On the other hand, the performances of your A team will influence the motivation of your youth players on training. Youth players who see their team lose every week, will train slower. This is to prevent people from giving up their A team to fully concentrate on their youth team.

A team 一星期一場聯賽 + 一場友賽

青年軍就一星期得友賽 or 自組聯賽其中一場﹐不能兩樣做曬
