4.2.3 球探               当您一激活青训学院，球队立即得到一名球探。您需要选择他该在什么国家和地区寻找青年才俊，也可以告诉他要寻找指定类型的球员。      如果您告诉他要寻找制定类型的球员（比如说边锋），他大多时候都会推荐边锋给您，但是普遍上球员的素质会较差。但从另一方面来说，他发现绝世天才的几率也会更高。                   您可以聘请额外球探，但是最多只能聘请三名（最少则是一名）。            每周当您呼叫每一名球探时，该名球探都会向您推荐一个球员；但是如果您的要求太刁钻太具体的话，他有时可能无法交差。      
                   如果您聘有超过一名球探的话，一旦拒绝了首名球探的推荐您可以听听第二名球探的推荐（如果您有三名球探的话，也可以听听第三名球探有什么好介绍）。但是有一点要记住，一旦您拒绝了首名球探的推荐就不可以反悔，一言既出，驷马难追。
