新浪体育讯 联赛刚刚开始，巴萨队内却已经显露了一些不安定的痕迹，埃托奥受伤、巴萨密洽范巴斯滕等等，都给巴萨布上了一层阴影，但现在更糟糕的事又来了：巴塞罗那萨瓦德尔市地方法院给奥莱格发来了传票，巴萨中卫因为一桩4年前的袭警案，可能面临3年的牢狱之灾。
西班牙法院的效率低下是出了名的，萨瓦德尓市地方法院近日才将4年前的奥莱格袭警案调查清楚，确认巴萨中卫确实袭击了警察。不过，整个事件也不是奥莱格一个人所为，2003年9月27日，奥莱格和一帮朋友在萨瓦德尓市的一家酒吧内聚会狂欢，由于凌晨时分仍然这些人仍在酒吧内太吵太闹，当地警察接到报警后赶来处理，要求酒吧马上关闭，但关闭过程中与奥莱格等人发生冲突，最后导致7名警察受伤。
法官表示，奥莱格是这次袭警案的主谋，在冲突中他闹得最凶，连扔多块石头，将多名警察砸伤。“要是他在球场上的射门也能有这么准，那就好了。”加泰罗尼亚媒体讽刺说。最后，警方使用了橡皮子弹和催泪瓦斯才将整个事件平息，可见奥莱格等人的暴动能量有多大。
奥莱格作为主犯，面临多项指控，西班牙媒体推测，法院在一般情况下对这类案件都是罚款了事，奥莱格上交不菲数目的罚款后就能重获自由身，但是，特殊情况下，法院也可能做出徒刑判罚，这样奥莱格将面临3年牢狱之灾，他的职业生涯也等于毁灭了。对奥莱格有利的是，当地警察在这次案件中也存在动用武力过度的嫌疑。
目前，普约尔伤病并未痊愈，奥莱格是巴萨热身赛期间上场时间最多的球员，联赛前两轮，他也是巴萨当之无愧的主力，不知道“袭警案”的判罚会给他和巴萨带来怎么样的影响。
