Galliani hails 'new Capello'

Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani believes Leonardo can emulate the success Fabio Capello had with the club in the early `90s.
Capello was offered the Milan job in 1991 having spent four years working for one of Silvio Berlusconi's companies.
Leonardo has taken the same route, although he has worked for Milan as a technical adviser since retiring as a player.
“With Leonardo, Milan want to retrace the steps they have already taken with Fabio Capello,” Galliani explained.
“Leo was a great player and great director. The scepticism that surrounds Leonardo is inferior to that which gathered around Capello, who was defined as Berlusconi's butler.”
To those who still consider Leonardo a choice imposed by Berlusconi, Galliani said: “All the decisions come to be agreed together.
“The choice of Leonardo is that of President Berlusconi and Vice-President Galliani. Leonardo was a great champion, he is an intelligent person.”

In a nutshell, the Larry Bird exception allows teams to exceed the salary cap to re-sign their own free agents, at an amount up to the maximum salary. To qualify as a Bird free agent, a player must have played three seasons without being waived or changing teams as a free agent. This means a player can obtain "Bird rights" by playing under three one-year contracts, a single contract of at least three years, or any combination thereof. It also means that when a player is traded, his Bird rights are traded with him, and his new team can use the Bird exception to re-sign him. Bird-exception contracts can be up to six years in length.
Exceptions
Because the NBA's salary cap is a soft one, the CBA allows for several important scenarios in which a team can sign players even if their payroll exceeds the cap. The exceptions are as follows:
Mid-level exception
Bi-annual exception
Rookie exception
Larry Bird exception
Non-Bird exception

假設LBJ一定要收maximum,NYK又無相等如份max contract咁大的cap room,但由於佢去第二隊就根本唔會符合果堆Bird exception,NYK簽唔到佢.咁佢去要NYK的話一定要收順d(e.g. cap room=9m,佢最多只可收9m):icon101:

話就話佢冇以前咁好
但係佢大部分時間都係傳中波出迎先派膠
依樣野好多龍門都係有問題, 強如卡斯拿斯都會見有同樣出錯
我就覺得施治好得8899
問題可能出於中堅配搭唔穩定+英超普遍攻力上升
失球不是問題, 失得難看甚或另加一些難看演出才是
08-09, 強如卡斯拿斯, 保方, 施治皆難看多了
於卡斯拿斯, 迎傳中不穩是消失多時的舊患復發
