MILAN - Inter's Mario Balotelli has apologised to the fans for his recent behaviour. In a letter to the ANSA news agency, he said: "I apologise to everybody for my gesture on Tuesday evening. I lost my head when I came on the pitch and heard the fans whistling and the coach shouting. I lost it and then I removed my shirt to vent my rage. I am sorry I couldn't control the tension and the frustration that has been wearing me out for months."
The letter will soon be published on Balotelli's official website.
"I want to make it clear that I am not angry with the fans, let alone those in the Curva," he added. "They have always supported me when the others were booing me. I want Inter to win everything for them. As long as I wear the Inter shirt I will do everything to honour it. I am going through one of the most difficult moments of my life. I am exasperated but I was wrong to let off steam in that way.
"With the help of my agent and the people who love me, I hope I can now resolve the problems that I have with the club and several of my team-mates."

文仙尼：小巴不應該，國米60%進決賽

Agent Mino Raiola confessed the rapport between the Nerazzurri and SuperMario is “broken,” and unlikely to be fixed.
“At this moment I will say nothing out of respect for the club. We will talk after the game with Barcelona.”
Balotelli has been linked with several sides for the summer and the rumours are now flying thick and fast.
Yesterday he was connected to a potential bid from Fiorentina in an exchange for Juan Manuel Vargas.
Napoli are now the hot favourites to pick up Balotelli. “I suggested it to him and he was very enthusiastic at the idea,” revealed defender Fabiano Santacroce.
“Balotelli could set many clubs alight and Napoli could be one of them,” added agent Raiola.
“But at the moment he is at Inter and must do well with this jersey. It’s better to reach Napoli when you are already mature and a complete player.”
The other alternative is to sell Balotelli abroad, but Roberto Mancini is having second thoughts about bringing him to Manchester City.
