bad attributes of the option chosen will not affect the cost of choosing it,as it doesn't change the value of the highest valued option forgone.
however bad attributes on the option forgone did change the value and thus affect the cost

another question :
Words "maximum" and "highest" appear in the definitions of value and cost respectively. Why are the words significant to the definitions?

maximum ------ include everything,not just in cash form,though may be presented in $.....
highest ------ you can only choose one option everytime,so there's only one option forgone(cost).....highest = only one.

你去睇戲,個Cost唔只係票價,仲有Time,車費,etc......包含一切,所以係Maximum....Definition遮
