Assistant Manager/Coach
How do you determine the ability of a manager?Some of my coaches only hv potential abilities of 140 but their reputation still improve to "continental" and "worldclass".How come?:confused: pot 幾多同 reputation 無關ga wor ....Assistant 最主要睇 Det , Mot , Tct and Yng

我諗佢既意思係話
有d coach 既Cgk Coa既數值好高
但係佢reputation只係poor 或者unproven

搞到我要sign人地個d I either hired them by placing an advertisement in the job centre or by hiring someone else's.Before hiring them, I would check their abilities and potentials from MCM.I am using Spurs and many of their coaches only hv potentials of 140, but their reputations r either continental or world class.I won't renew their contracts b/c their salaries and reputations dun match with their abilities/potentials.I agree with the others that some less known coaches hv better abilities and they're much cheaper.:) Originally posted by misaki at 2005-1-18 09:36 AM:

Yeah.I checked for their coaching ability/potential in the MCM.Some less-known coaches/assistant managers have high potential, like Mark Bowen in Blackburn (assistant manager, potential 180). Originally posted by misaki at 2005-1-18 01:09 PM:
