no match 就季尾直到季前一個月 , pre-season就季前一個月到開始用

I agree la, so I have already given up to make my own traning scheme, instead I download others scheme lor

現在用返4.08之前版本用開的scheme, 效果不理想...
hh training 在4.08沒有了rocket的效果...

hh仲有好多改良ga


但我一點都唔覺得hh係4.0.8前好用
係.................得1-2個禮拜,但之後
