新增Work Premit and Bosman Rule:)

首先,我o係server名度求其打個名落去,
然後tick "run as server",再load game

我個fd打番同樣o既server名,再join network play

佢入到去冇人,得個叫refresh list同go other server兩個button

當一個球員由A 球隊賣去B 球隊 , 而transfer 到有set percentage of next sale , 例如5% 啦 , 咁當個球員由B 球隊再被賣去C 球隊 , 咁C 球隊其中5%買個球員既transfer 就會比左A 球隊~
