我想請問warning果d option應該幾時用同埋點用???
唔理佢係唔係都應該冇問題???
因為我試過有個球員佢表現得4(都算poor performance掛 :icon064: ),咁我warn完佢poor performance,但係佢竟然唔接受 :icon110:
咁我係唔係應該隻眼開隻眼閉唔理佢好呢???

我暫時知道咁多:

1.praise同warn會影響球員會否unhappy(request transfer...)
2.影響你自己既數值,eg. midea handling, professionalism,etc

1. 訓練不認真可以用呢個罰款
2. 比賽中被罰可以用呢個
3. 暴力 , 例如毆打球員等等
4. 比賽中差勁表現 , 評分在4分以下

你個球員唔接受可以有好多理由 , 例如雖然佢4分 , 不過可能你冇時間比佢發揮 , 或者佢自己死硬頸 ..... etc

加到20000 - 30000 lol , 如果唔係遲o的到約滿前續可能仲要得多 :icon110:

唔該晒爆牙度 :icon107:
但係其實呢d option如果用得適當有咩好處???因為如果一次用錯會影響個球員同我0既關係???可能影響會仲大 :icon064:
