HELP.... serious problem encounter

HELPPP!!
我初頭開季左無耐就出現依個問題....
CONTINUE GAME 果時佢LOAD其他比賽既賽果.. LOAD LOAD 下就彈左GAME....
話application error.
A serious error was encounteered and the application will close. An error file has been generated in: FM2009/crash dumps

係唔係我開得太多國家既聯賽呢?
