Bolton--->Lens' Faye (好勁咩?)

Bolton Wanderers have agreed a one-year loan deal with Lens' Abdoulaye Diagne-Faye.

As first revealed on skysports.com, Sam Allardyce targeted the Senegal international, who can play in defence or midfield, as a replacement for Fernando Hierro.

A deal has been accepted by Lens and the move is likely to be confirmed by the Premiership club before the weekend.

Wanderers will have an option to buy the 26-year-old permanently at the end of the campaign.

The African ace spent last season on loan at Istres and is determined to seize the opportunity to play in England.

The switch to Lancashire will hand Diagne-Faye the opportunity to play alongside his international team-mate El Hadji Diouf.
