Help me, FM 2007 error "array access out of bounds"

When i load or save the game, the warning box of array access out of bounds pops up, then the game shuts down automatically
i can't play without saving the game, please help me.

by the way, re installation is useless
i have tried but the same problem appears.

It happens to me when I renew a player's contract...
Same thing happen in previous version of FM (FM2006)

FM2007 still occur the same problem to me, I have played for 6 six years in the game already, and
it happen to me once. (but in FM06 is happen quite a few times)
