To clarify this:

"Dives into tackles" - means that a player will tend to jump straight into a tackle rather than trying to time a tackle or make a player move wide.

"Does not dive into tackles" - means a player will stand off the player with the ball and try and make him move wide or try to time the tackle better.

It has nothing to do with diving to gain a free kick/penalty.
