[FM2007] 7.01 problem

I updated to 7.01 and the MATCH SPEED is super slow. I tried the method suggested before, setting the skin back to default. but it does not help. anything i can do? thanks a lot

setting the skin back to default, then turn off skin cache, turn on reload skin on confirm
