Can someone please help me with my Man Utd tect?

This is my team, I am a newbie...can anyone please teach me how to set the tectic. the one that I have set at the moment is not good...Cant score and the defence always let others to score. I think my players are good, but i dunno how to set it so that they can work well...
please help!!
