Bangladesh is the next team we are going to play and it should be an easy game for us. They are a very fresh HT-nation and haven't got any good players.

The big question for us here is what to focus on:
- Building xp for the best players in the squad?
- Building xp for the 19 yr olds in the squad?

We are the team with the worst XP of teams competing for top places. We are not very likely to advance past any of the other teams, but we might be able to narrow down the gap if we build xp for our best players consequently. Our best players will then also be better than if they didn't play as they of course perform better if they have better experience. However it is also important to have good xp on the 19 yr olds in the playoffs if we qualify for the playoffs. But it will not be very helpful if we don't qualify. So this is a dilemma that is hard to decide on. It is very tempting to field all the 6 19yr olds we have in the squad against Bangladesh, but will it hurt our chances against the good teams in the group?

This is a thing that needs to be discussed and I would be happy to hear everyones opinion on this matter if you have one.

本週五香港 U-20 將會面對孟加拉 U-20。
這場比賽相對會較易應付。
孟加拉是很近期才加入 Hattrick 所以球員質素較參差。

今場比賽我們的主要考慮是︰
a.) 分配經驗值予球隊內最佳的球員
b.) 分配經驗值予球隊內 19 歲的球員

本身香港球員的經驗值是多隊中最差的。
如果分配經驗值予球隊內最佳的球員，
這樣可以拉近經驗值的差距，
提高出線機會。

可是如果我們要打附加賽，
我們需要使 19 歲的球員有不錯的經驗值。
當然如果我們未能出線，
這方面的努力會化為烏有。

這是個兩難的考慮，
而悉數派遣 6 名 19 歲的球員是相當誘惑的，
可是這可能會減低晉級的機會。

希望大家可以踴躍提供意見，謝謝！
