this is VERY UNLIKELY to be same as the actual worn one...
now watching uefa cup final, the font of embroidery is same as mu/chelsea one, but there is a uefa cup embroidery above it, what i estimate is... there will be a cl logo/cl trophy logo above the embroidery on the actual worn shirt.
also, starting from last season, uefa set up a rule that clubs cannot launch special edition shirt with embroidery same as the actual worn ones e.g. liverpool's cl final limited edition's embroidery was a lfc bird which the real one was a cl logo.

我都見格流件衫 ge printing 有d似 EPL 咁，不過隻獅子就變左類似歐協杯ge物體
