if you want, i could help you to ask, because they need time to find.  then may be if they could find the shirt, they could help to reserve it and wait for our next trip.

dear all,

i just called ups.  they confirmed that the parcel is on the way to hong kong now.  they confirmed that the parcel would arrive hong kong in office hour tomorrow.
