a) Players can seek a release to play in their home country league,where the league did not already exist when the player signed theircontract, only after notifying their current team owner of theirintentions.
b) The current team owner then has 7 days to find a replacement playerafter which time the player seeking the release can leave.
c) The release fee must be of an amount equal to or less than the players original signing fee.
