basically, all 3 clubs u mentioned in your post have their own website, you can go to the HKFA official site to look for the clubs' fans club site and see if they are willing to ship the shirts overseas.

or you can contact WorldSoccer directly since they are DIY pro and bascially they are the HK football clubs jerseys provider.
