I needed to print Beckham and No.7 for 2 shirts

However, only SFALO got it, but $25/letter and $120/number.....other shops either miss out E or A.

1. Could I buy only one letter and bring this letter to other shops to print?

2. On the other hand, I see ebay got some EPL words. However, the point is how can I DIY for such print as no EPL ruler? It is very easy to get asymetric and waste the printing. Could I bring the those word sets to no.7 or 352 and then help me print? I don't mind any reasonable surcharge but I am just afraid they don't help to print.
