unfortunately i think only can use for big club
ok Arsenal when u start set winner so u have 33M and your board still have 58M,
1: any player u dont need SALE FOR CASH ONlY even sale cheapen why( will increase board balance ,if u get 20M cash, your transfer balance +20M and your board balance +20M )
2:  Only use monthly installment like 18,24 month(bacause only deduct your transfer balance)
3:  try to buy world class player 1 or 2... more.... for the first  tranfer money   (increase your board get more money and give u more money)

ok example 1: if u have 33M tranfer balance,just finish that and sale some player for cash(like 20M)
   2: right now your board balance 58M +20M= 78M, ask make extra transfer funds so u have an  other 32 or 36M
   3: make extra transfer wages and u get an other 30M something ,depend on how much wages u left (finish it 60M something)
   4: make extra transfer wages again get an other 30M something
if i use Arsenal i can get 100M or more... depend how much cash u sale (but all transfer balance not include any player u sale)like 100M + sale player....
chelsea 150M -200M...liverpool 75M....Man utd 75M....Newcastle 50-70M

所以用番 ac 重整班底過下癮, 玩到 2010, 幾年間發了瘋的高價轉會...
