Warwick Sports Tournament 2008
Dear all Society Presidents and committees,
We are writing to inform you that your society has been invited to participate in the Warwick Sports Tournament 2008.
Date Saturday 10th May 2008
Time 9:00am – 6:00pm (Teams will arrive before 9:30am at Warwick Sports Centre)
Place Sports Centre Car Park, University of Warwick, Coventry, UK, CV4 7AL
There will be Basketball and Football Tournament:
Basketball champion will be awarded a Trophy, Medals and £120; 1st Runner-up will be awarded Trophy and Medals. Maximum of 12 players will be allowed in a team.
Football champion will be awarded a Trophy, Medals and £120; 1st Runner-up will be awarded Trophy and Medals. No limit of players is set for football. (for further rules please see attached document)
Entrance fee is £60 per team (includes entrance fee for the sports facilities) and deposit of £40, this will be pay back immediately after the tournament. Please reply to us ASAP, as there are limited spaces, teams are based on first come first served basis. No team will be accepted after Saturday 26th April 2008.
