very serious problem! please help

after i dl a new skin....tried to use it, my fm08 freeze....then i close it and then re-open it

after those advertising stuffs like "lets kick racism out of football" and "warchild music",

my fm become black screen....and a message "did not find font source : vera"


what should i do??

the skin is from this forum's 資源發佈區....i duno whether thats the same problem or not...
theres an error message saying "did not find font source : vera"

twotone(when i try this , no problem occur)
flex(i guess this one is the source of problem)

我既step係咁:

>dl舊zip檔去C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\skins
>解壓佢
>係preferences轉

o well , i hav did the same thing as u...
but as soon as i press confirm....
the screen shows that "changing skin...please wait" or something similar....

and the FM jus freeze....i have to close FM by using ctrl+alt+del....
from then , i deleted all files in skins, leaving only the file "twotone" left..

and then , when i start fm again....it shows the message "did not find font source : vera"
and the screen failed to show the screen of choosing "new game"/ "load last game" etc...

我諗你唔應該強行關閉佢...
有無試過重新解壓個skin...覆蓋舊檔

我特登係轉緊skin果陣強行關閉fm.exe左幾次都無事

搞到唔知點搞

你有無試下重新裝過個skin檔?

other than re-installing skin file, i tried to reinstall game...but still failed

do i need to COMPLETELY uninstall it before installing it?

or is there any other method?

moreover...inside ur skin folder, what files do you have?
