Responsibilities
As Customer Service Officer, you will handle a large quantity of incoming phone calls and provide accurate, updated information to our customers.
You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, within the following shifts:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Public Holidays: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Work Location: Kwun Tong Office
Requirements
- Secondary education or above
- One year of work experience, preferably in the service industry
- Mature, patient and able to work under pressure
- Basic PC skills
Remuneration
$10,000 per month plus 2-month guaranteed year-end bonus
