Dear all,
I would like to declare my candidacy for the election of NT Coach of Hong Kong:
Profile
My team is BEYOU36 (112325). I have been playing hattrick since 12-2004, almost 5 years RL time. In these years, my achievement should have been acknowledged by many HK players as I lifted HK Cup twice. This season I won II.2 and this is my third D2 trophy already. My ultimate goal is certainly to win the first Division. Besides, I was the coach of U20 Hong Kong for season 19-22.
Review
NT HK have been playing some great football on the past few WC under the management of Winston and Kyle, especially proud of Winston’s success. Although we were only placed Sixth of our group last WC, Kyle did a great job to call up a series of young and promising players and boost up their experience.. Thousand thank to his contribution.
Preview
As all of you know, HK is a small nation in hattrick but we have tried to challenge for good results in the WC in the past. My goal is to follow both Winston’s and Kyle’s great job which is to qualify to second round and also ensure training for all NT players and potential NT players.
Connection with U20 HK
I was the U20 coach in season 19 to 22, so, I am really familiar with the series of potential players that Kyle bookmarked for me. In fact, most of them were the hard core of Team U20 Hong Kong when I was the coach. Besides, The current U20 coach TZZero was my assistant when I was the U20 coach and thus we have similar style of managing a NT. We would have good communication and he will provide me with fresh U20 graduates and I will follow their training regime by keeping connection with their owner.
Training Strategy of NT player
For a NT, the most important thing is to keep the players trained. However, training hard in extreme high main skill will lead to a heavy wage budget for the trainers. So I would advise trainer to trainer their NT player to a certain level of main skill, i.e. mythical to divine, depends on position. Then I will advice them to switch to secondary training so that their wage will be kept at an affordable level.
Communication Language
I am Native Speaker of Chinese and also I have good command in English, so there won’t be any problem for the communication in both HT official forum and local Hattrick forum like HKBFF and HKCM.
It is my pleasure to be the national coach of Hong Kong and I am willing to bring NT Hong Kong to another level. Every vote is meaningful and important to me and will be appreciated!

本人在此宣佈參選香港代表隊主教練一職，以下是我的競選演辭：
簡介
我的球隊名為BEYOU36 (112325)，早在04年12月已開始遊戲，至今接近五年了。在這幾個年頭，相信本人在香港有一定知名度，因為本人已兩次取得香港杯及三次乙組冠軍，包括剛過去的球季ii.2的錦標。我最終目標當然是取得甲組聯賽冠軍，而我一直向著這個目標努力中。此外，本人曾在第十九至廿二這四個賽季裡，擔任了廿一歲以下香港代表隊主教練一職。
回顧過去
在過去兩位本地出色玩家Winston及Kyle之領導下，香港國家隊在過去數屆世界杯都有不錯表現。雖然我們上屆分組賽只取得第六名之成績，但是Kyle為球隊年輕化打了良好基礎，在此感謝他對香港隊的貢獻。
展望未來
大家都知道，香港是一個細小的地區，但是我們一向都對代表隊有著高期望，並多次在世界杯裡爭取好成績。來季我的目標是繼續兩位前教練的貢獻，帶領代表隊晉身世界杯次圈，同時亦要確保所有代表隊成員或未來代表隊成員都得到良好的訓練。
與廿一歲以下代表隊之連繫
我曾經擔任兩屆之廿一歲以下代表隊的主教練一職，故此我對Kyle的一眾候選球員異常熟悉，因為他們大部份都曾是我在擔任廿一歲以下代表隊主教練時旗下之猛將。此外，現任的廿一歲以下代表隊主教練TZZero也曾是我的助手.，故此我們在管理球隊上有著相似的概念，而且我們將會有良好的溝通，他會提供一些剛超齡之年輕球員給我，而我會密切留意及與其訓練員溝通，以確保他們得到最好的訓練。
代表隊球員訓練策略
對於一隊代表隊，最重要的是確保所有球員都得到持續之訓練。可是，如果訓練單一主技至極高級別的話，會大大提高他們的人工，令訓練員難以負擔。所以我會建議訓練員將代表隊成員訓練至 神出鬼沒 到 超凡入聖 不等，視乎位置而定，之後，我會建議訓練員轉向訓練其副技，令其人工保持在訓練員可以負擔的程度。
溝通語言
我是土生土長的香港人，兩文三語都能得心應手地運用，所以我不會像其他外國競選人一樣，有溝通語言上的問題。
