[FM2009] Player not happy, help!

One of my player states that he is worry about my lack of managerial disipline. What can I do to make him satisfly?? Pls!!

當有球員違反紀錄時,你需要向有關球員作出警告甚至罰錢.
太過仁慈可是會引起其他球員不滿唷
