After looking through the entries, and many of them, i noticed many of you are not taking any notice of the rules. You aren't allowed more than 3 players from any one country and you can't go over a £45m maximum. All entries that failed to meet these rules were discarded without notice.

The Dream Team is now up and running for anyone that wants to play. It will run throughout the entire Euro 2004 tournament. Hopefully a lot of entries to add to the competition.

If you want to enter, click the Dream Team link on the left and select your team.

不過CM03/04是真的還有一個Free Transfer Bug, 這個Bug到現在也沒有delete,
官方已不會再出update patch, 所以這個bug會永遠都有, 除非有official patch.
我在外國的site找到而且也testing過是沒問題, 只是不想轉載出來, 免得有人又為了
這個話題起爭議, 其實用唔用是個人問題, 可能CM programmer特登留下的.

這是我在gamespot.com看到的Free Transfer Cheats. 只是給大家
參考, 我已test過是work的, 用不用隨自己喜歡, 每個人玩game的
心態不同不要太認真, 如果不喜歡用Cheats的朋友, 看了笑笑便算

This is a bug in cm 03/04 v4.11 untill 4.15 . First , you need to negotiate an offer with the club of the player you want to buy. then click on the offer negotiate screen. Dont accept or make any bid first . go to other screen (like squad , competition etc.). Then, click News and you will see the offer negotiation news , click on Respond and make how much you wish (like $0 ) , then make a new bid . Click Back button to the first negotiation screen and you will see the price they gave become the offer you make and below is the button of Accecpt Demand . Click on accept demand.
