According to IC analysis
Once Price ↓
there will be 2 effects : Substitution Effect + Income Effect

If the Income Effect = 0 ,
there's will be Sub. Effect only which states : Price and QD go in opposite direction

In this case, MRS ( the above approach) is the same as MUV
(MUV = the max. amount one is willing to give up for an extra good.X= Demand Curve = P↓ QD↑)

我估你條問題有少少問題...
MUV=MRS 係同 Dimishing MUV VS Dimishing MRS.

如果你係講income effect=0, 我估你的問題係後者.

Dimishing MRS 係 Keep a movement along a single IC
So, Utility is Kept constent.

Keep movement on the same MV curve, MV may not downward sloping.
因為chinese in price in change of concumer surplus. By Real Income.

Price effect 可能 make MV upward sloping. (Giffen Gd)
而如果income effect = 0 , dimishing MRS = Dinishing MUV.
