Request Transfer?

my Simon Davies always requests to be transfer-listed,
i reject all the times and he becomes unhappy,
how can i solve this problem?
should i sell him to another club which is interested to buy him?
in fact, i don't hopt to sell him because he is my important right-wing...

反而將個價吊到高一高咁就得架喇

但係照樣重用佢
過一排佢就話想留低架喇

我試過一次 accept 左 request 之後
改唔返佢個 transfer status
冇得俾我 tick 返 not set

he wants to play a more important role in my team...
in fact, he plays alternate matches!
it's impossible for him to play every match because of his condition...

do you mean that i should accept first and then set a very high amount?
of course i need to 重用佢 after that...
