我想問當我地做find specific heat capacity of water個experiment個陣, 次次問親有咩improvement都會答stirring the liquid throughout the experiment so that the temperature is uniform in the cup,咁但係stirring唔係姐係work done咩? 有work done咁d水咪有heat gain囉咁咪唔accurate囉

i found it la
when doing experiment to find specific latent heat of vaporization, a heater is immersed in a beaker of water, and an electronic balance is used to measure the decrease in mass.
however strring the liquid throughtout the experiment cannot improve the accuracy since extra energy will be supllied to the liquid.

then why not for the one i asked?
