My players' major concerns are "Jaded" and " has lost confidence in his manager's ability".

What should I do to make him feel happy??

My team lost for a couple game in the opening of the league, but my team is topping at the table now...
he is still not happy...

I find that signing a new contract could solve" Has lost confidence in his manager's ability"

but I still cant solve" Jaded"
I didnt use him for 5 match.. and he is still jaded..

Also, I find out a new problem
"believes he isnt fully fit yet"
oh my god
wht should I do next?
