is so funny that now my hayes is in position 12 in January in conference.

At that time the Wycombe in position 21 in League Two and the manager was sacked by the club and I apply the job.  And they employed me but I refused the job at last as I found that the club finance is so poor.  They need to returned the debet for 3K each month until 2035.  Moreover, they have no transfer budget and the totally wages are extrame high and the board control the wages very tightly.

At last, I decided continue playing Hayes for more time.

yes, at start no goalkeeper, only one better SC, midfield is ok, but defender are poor.  some sc and mc spped only '3'.  Slower than you are walking.

it is not so easy la, but i am fortunately sign a sc called gereth law and he always run the ground and motivate the team and he scored nearly 50 for a year.  And also I sign a DC called Morton is quite good.

yes, because the gap between the higher league is bigger than the lower league in England (e.g. Super League compare with Champanship League and Conference League compare to conference north/south)

i will go and search search your mentioned player....

i recommend a player called GARY JONES, a 30 yr old who can play DC MC and SC!!!! he already scored 3 goals in 10 games, ALL AT THE END OF GAME WHEN HE WAS SUBED IN, and BY THAT GOAL WE WIN!

mentally i think yes
physically only your required stat in the required position, eg finishing for SC, tackling for DC etc.

i m starting to build a team like this in con nat already.... the first player is LEE MARSHALL as i mentioned b4, and the second one is CHRIS JONES released free by Leeds....

Also u will have to change your GK if u use him through con sou and con nat coz even at con nat level he will show sign of inefficiency....
