SC and AMC

hi...
i am using 4-4-1-1....
i wanna ask how to set the AMC and the SC...
so that the AMC will create chances for the SC but not score himself....
and the Sc will score most of the goals....
how to do that...
and finally what means for "Forward runs" actuaiily....
u can share ur tactics with me ga...
