Roundtable 中外學生交流計劃

橙色力量

A new initiative will be launched in September in collaboration with the
Syracuse University Hong Kong Study Center (SUHKSC). Special thanks must be
made to Carolyn Studer (Knightship#0509) who came up with the proposal of this
Student Partnership Program. Once an exchange student at the City University
of Hong Kong, and later, as an intern at the Roundtable, Carolyn truly
understands the importance for foreign students to build up some genuine
relationships with their local counterparts.

      

      Not only can this Program provide the SUHKSC students with a local contact
point to both assist with inquiries and help them more comfortable and
integrated into the HK culture, it can also benefit the local students by
opening a real-life window into the American culture. As such, a beneficial
exchange will take place.

      

      There will be 19 American students coming in the fall semester. And therefore,
Roundtable is now looking for 15 to 20 members or affiliated students to join
this exchange exercise. While the precise details are yet to be worked out
with the SUHKSC

      由香港城市大學及美國Syracuse University合辦的國際交流生計劃，名為The Syracuse
University Hong Kong Study Center。以下簡稱(SUHKSC) 將會有19名美國Syracuse
University的學生在秋季學期來到香港城市大學交流，因為Roundtable藉著這個一個難得的機會，你可以和美國交流生相互交流，藉此促進文化交流，建立異國友誼。

      Participants: All SUHKSC students are to be invited. Others are to be invited
by Roundtable.

      Attractive outlying island (長洲探索之旅)

      Biking, Hiking & Swimming (騎單車、遠足、游泳)

      Visit ancient rock carving (張保仔洞探秘)

      Buddhist temple and the fishing village (柱棟精雕細琢的北帝廟、舊式魚村)

      Seafood lunch (海鮮午餐)
